A Healthy Camp Starts at Home
Up to Date as of: May 1, 2023
Before Camp
The health and safety of your daughter and the whole camp community is of utmost importance in preparing for the Summer of 2023. Camp Nyoda will be following the COVID-19 protocols established and published by the State of New Jersey Board of Health for overnight summer camps. We will be updating and adjusting what is written here on a timely basis if requirements change. We will also use as a reference the American Camp Association Field Guide for Camps which relies on the CDC for guidance. View Nyoda's COVID Definitions.
The goal is to begin this camp season with the healthiest camp family possible. Last summer we were successful. We started with healthy campers and staff and were able to continue that.
Please be aware of your daughter’s health for 14 days prior to Opening Day; we encourage low risk behavior. If your camper has any illness or symptoms on Opening Day, we will ask you to keep her home until she is well.
Please call if you have any concerns or questions.
